1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup canned Hatch green chiles, drained (or fresh, roasted and chopped)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While that heats up, grab a mixing bowl and combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until they’re smooth and well incorporated.
Next, fold in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Add the minced garlic, cumin, and lime juice. Stir in those flavorful Hatch green chiles and mix until everything is blended beautifully.
